Jazz ink draft pick Koufos

Salt Lake City, UT (Sports Network) - The Utah Jazz agreed to terms on a contract with center Kosta Koufos, their first-round draft pick out of Ohio State, on Thursday.

Per team policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Koufos, picked 23rd overall by the Jazz, averaged 14.4 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 1.81 blocks in 37 games for the Buckeyes in his only collegiate season. The seven-foot, 265-pound center will report to the Jazz summer league team immediately.
